Woodstar Beach Campground has been around for 50 years in the upper peninsula of Michigan on beautiful Lake Michigan. It used to be called Miami Beach campround. It is right in the middle of US 2 at the Thompson grocery store intersection. It has changed hands several times and currently is owned by Scott and Carlye Crisler. We have now been running it for 10 years and have improved it a little bit every year. This year we are introducing brand new managers, Bucky and Carla Peterson. They are a very friendly couple that have been camping many years; you may remember them as helping out around the camp...well now they are officially our new managers. I know you are going to be really happy with their naturally outgoing and friendly willingness to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
